The challenges just keep coming at this Exponential09 Conference. If we hope to multiply our talents, there is work to do.
Leadership always looks attractive, right? Well, if you want to lead you must first:
- See what others can’t see
- Do what others won’t do
- Be willing to be completely broken
That’s a bit less attractive it seems. These challenges are stretching me big time.
Oh, here’s another provocative thought I’ve violated more than once:
You must build your ministry on what you stand FOR, not what you stand against. Otherwise, you’re not better…you’re just arrogant! And, never, never, never vilify another faith.
I had to chew on all of that for awhile. How about you?
And one last thought…
Small Mindedness = Being critical of something we don’t understand.
